  1. Parents and players will make their fullest effort to cooperate and support the managers and coaches.

  2. A serious commitment is required at this level of travel baseball. This means attendance to various functions, events, and the required finances are mandatory.

  3. Managers and coaches are completely responsible for determining the amount or playing time, lineup, and position. PARENT HELP IS NOT NEEDED!!!

  4. There is no guaranteed playing time. Teams will play to win and managers will use team members in a fashion that will lead to a winning outcome.

  5. Managers and Coaches will never speak to players or parents in a disrespectful manner. Parents or players will never speak to managers, coaches, or umps in a disrespectful manner.

  6. There will be no physical contact between players, parents, or coaches. The result will be expulsion from the league.

  7. Managers and Coaches must be notified about absences from games or practices.

  8. Missed practices can result in loss of playing time.

  9. The removal of a player from a game by a parent will result in expulsion from the team. (With the exception of an emergency or prearranged understanding).

  10. TEAM DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  11. If a parent pulls a player off of the team after financial commitment is fulfilled there are NO REFUNDS!

  12. The President & Vice President of said Organization have the right to release any rostered player for the actions of their parents or guardians that are deemed inappropriate by their coaching staff and or any board member of the Long Island Jr. Ducks Baseball Organization.

  13. THE LONG ISLAND DUCKS PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL TEAM GIVE US THE LONG ISLAND Jr. DUCKS THE RIGHTS TO THEIR LOGO AND PLAYERS UNDER A LICENSING AGREEMENT AND IN NO WAY RUN THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF THE Jr. DUCKS, ANY QUESTIONS AND OR CONCERNS CAN BE ADDRESSED TO THE Jr. DUCKS COACHING STAFF OR ORGANIZATION AT 631-858-1132 OR EMAIL LIJRDUCKS@AOL.COM    

  14. Effective immediately, all managers, coaches, team parents, parents and players are placed on notice that you run the risk of permanent termination of your roster spot if you are responsible for making disparaging, threatening, offensive, retaliatory or otherwise inappropriate comments made about the Jr Ducks, any board member, any parent or any player on Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking site. You will be suspended immediately and you will not be refunded any monies and you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL THE GENERAL MANAGER OR ANY STAFF MEMBER OF THE PROFESSIONAL LONG ISLAND DUCKS
